New York-- The 6412 Ltd. is excited to announce a new partnership with Breaking Records in which The 6412 Ltd. will functionally serve as A&R for the record company's licensing department. Breaking Records roster includes legends such as Chaka Khan, Donna Summer, Heather Nova, Ben Jelen, Sandra Bernhard, etc.
"We are very excited with this new partnership," says 6412 President, Emiko Carlin, who inked the deal on Friday, July 11th. "Right now, between the industry in such flux and gas prices being what they are (touring isn't as easy as it used to be!), licensing is the smartest way for artists on any level to get their music heard, increase their exposure, and make good money doing it!"
Carlin is optimistic that the company will keep it's boutique feel, giving arists the "individual attention they so desperately need, despite the fact that we're growing in leaps and bounds. Production and development one day, management the next, and now licensing! "
