Most fans know L*A*W as the lead singer of George Clinton's 420 Funk Mob. Millions have seen him on David Letterman in his kangol glory singing behind british sensation Amy Winehouse as well as open for her sold-out shows in New York City with his own red-hot 7-piece band, The Funk Auxillary Unit. Then after hearing L*A*W's album through word of mouth of her husband and management, Amy asked him to join her on the 2007 MTV Movie Awards. This move led to L*A*W to expand his diversity into films and television with his song "GET DOWN" which was recently featured in the season premiere episode of the Oxygen network hit reality show "The Bad Girls Club", Showtime series "The L Word" and co-wrote & produced the song "I'M A LADY" by Karmela which is was featured on MTV's "Making The Band 4". And as if that wasn't enough, his hot anthem "GET HOLLYWOOD ON EM" was featured in the season premiere of MTV's "The Real World: Hollywood" only to be eclipsed by his participation on the season of the show which took place in his hometown of Brooklyn in which L*A*W wrote a rapid-fire hip-hop/funk anthem for. Lastly, there's the Prince tribute album in which he was handpicked personally by The Revolution's legendary keyboardist Dr Fink for his red-hot version of the Prince classic "America".

The 6412 Ltd. is pleased to announce a new addition to the artist roster, Conductor Simon Capet. Mr. Capet is an innovative and award winning conductor, having received the Brian McMaster Award for Outstanding Achievement in Opera and the Rio Tinto Alcan Performing Arts Award for his work as Music Director for the Modern Baroque Opera in Vancouver, Canada, where he also served as the Music Coordinator and Assistant Conductor for the Vancouver Opera, starting in 1995.

After making his Carnegie Hall debut with the New York Pops in February of 2009, Mr. Capet launched into production for the Euphonia Music Festival (of which he is the Founder and Executive Director), a festival that celebrates humanity through music and in the process removes the barriers between musical genres. The imaginative programming and superior quality of the performances received enthusiastic audience response and established Mr. Capet as a trailblazer, a visionary, and one of the brightest new faces of classical music by critics everywhere.

Currently, Mr. Capet travels between Canada, the US, and Europe, guest conducting with orchestras and developing his upcoming production of the Euphonia Music Festival for the US and European markets.

New York-- The 6412 Ltd. is excited to announce a new partnership with Breaking Records in which The 6412 Ltd. will functionally serve as A&R for the record company's licensing department. Breaking Records roster includes legends such as Chaka Khan, Donna Summer, Heather Nova, Ben Jelen, Sandra Bernhard, etc.

"We are very excited with this new partnership," says 6412 President, Emiko Carlin, who inked the deal on Friday, July 11th. "Right now, between the industry in such flux and gas prices being what they are (touring isn't as easy as it used to be!), licensing is the smartest way for artists on any level to get their music heard, increase their exposure, and make good money doing it!"
